Welcome!

Providers of children’s mental health services are not limited to one agency or one program.  The YES project spans many organizations, and many agencies are working together to design and implement the new services and supports identified in the YES project. As new resources and information are available through these partner agencies, we will share links to them on this page. Looking for phone, email or website information for YES partners? Visit the Contact page.

If you have any questions, or want to share local resources you don’t see listed here, please let us know by clicking the Contact Us page and filling out the form. Remember, both the YES project and this page are still in development, so check back often to find new information and resources.'

State Department of Education (SDE)

The Idaho State Department of Education has published a Youth Mental Health Checklist for Families along with additional YES resources for school personnel in Idaho. The checklist tool can be used by anyone to help determine if a child may benefit from a full mental health assessment. YES resources including the Checklist in English and Spanish are available in the YES section of SDE's training resource site for educators, parents and caregivers and the public to download. You can also access Youth Empowerment Services resources in SDE's stakeholder information sections - Schools, Students, Parents and Community on their main website.

You can also access the checklists in English and Spanish on the Resources page of this website.
